Relax with the whole family in this charming 19th-century house in central Hällevik. The home is fully equipped with TV, Chromecast, Wi-Fi, large kitchen, outdoor environment with large wooden deck, outdoor sofa, dining area and barbecue. In the garden, there is a courtyard house with a large corner sofa, fridge and bunk bed. The accommodation offers ocean views and walking distance to the sea, beach, pool and several different restaurants. The space Welcome to lovely Hällevik! Here you will find everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. In our charming, carefully renovated 19th-century cottage with room for up to 8 people, you have within walking distance access to several beautiful beaches, an area with an outdoor pool, beautiful nature, mini golf, tennis, paddle tennis and several nice restaurants. The accommodation includes both the main house and the courtyard house. Enjoy summer evenings outdoors in our lounge sofa or indoors in the courtyard house. In the residential house, on the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with two single beds and toilet and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds. You have sea views from both the lower and upper floors. In the courtyard house there is a social area with a lounge sofa and a sleeping area with a bunk bed (120 cm and 90 cm). In both the residential building and the courtyard building, you have access to Wi-Fi and access to the fireplace (bring your own wood). In the garden, there is a larger wooden deck that connects the residential house and the courtyard house. There is a lounge sofa, barbecue and a large dining area. Bring your own sheets and towels. If you stay a week or longer, sheets and towels are included. Final cleaning can be booked for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you as a guest are responsible for cleaning. NOTE: Some private items such as food, clothing, etc. may be in some space but there is of course plenty of storage for you as a guest. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Self-check-in with code lock.
