Entering this magnificent flat, located on the ground floor of a small and quiet newly built condominium, you will find yourself immersed in a splendid and very bright living room with open kitchen and direct access to the private garden. The kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook on your own, will allow you to enjoy lunches and dinners in total peace and privacy both in the house and directly in the garden. In the kitchen you will also find at your disposal an electric kettle, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine and a toaster. The living room includes a hand-crafted Italian sofa-bed, with a 20 cm high mattress, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people, and a 55’ Ultra HD smart TV where you can watch your favourite films on digital platforms. There is also a quiet and cosy bedroom with a comfortable handcrafted queen-size double bed at a height of 20 cm, a large wardrobe and a trolley rack. The room also has a comfortable workstation specifically designed for working on a computer or studying and direct access to the private garden. The bathroom, which is located between the living room and the bedroom, includes a large shower cubicle and a washing machine. The private garden is furnished with a spacious outdoor table and an umbrella that will allow you to lunch or work remotely in peace and quiet. In the garden you will also find two deck chairs that will allow you to relax while sunbathing or reading a good book. In the house you will also have at your disposal an ironing board, an iron and a clothes horse. If you have an infant or small child, you will also have a high chair, a cot, a changing table and a bottle warmer in the house. This flat will allow you to enjoy all the tranquillity and comfort you are looking for without, at the same time, renouncing to be a few steps away from the centre of Monza, with all its shops and restaurants. Other things to note BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: You will receive a link from which you will autonomously check-in online. Each guest will be asked to: - enter their data/information; - enter a photo of the front and back of an identity or identification document; - insert a photo of a selfie with their ID or passport for recognition purposes; - pay the tourist tax. CHECK-IN: This property is equipped with self check-in, guaranteeing you complete autonomy. Please note that check-in starts at 15:00 and remote assistance will be guaranteed until 21:00. CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m. CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. It is possible to request this for a fee. NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the property, both in the common areas and in the house.
