Villa in central Skellefteå

Centrally located house, perfect for the big or small family. Two playgrounds, tennis court, big Coop, Willys, Jula and more are just around the corner. It is about 15 minutes walk into the shopping center. Two double beds, one single, two cots and one crib available. In the backyard we are right now in the final phase of a ground work for a smaller detached building but part of the plot's green space is untouched by this. There is a large terrace, charcoal grill, trampoline, and more.
