Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation within the complex surrounded by green 200 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the marina. Inside it there is a spacious pool that can be used in July and August in the afternoon with its solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas The space The accommodation located on the ground floor consists of a living-kitchen-dining room of 20 square meters which is accessed from the main entrance (located in the condominium stairwell), a hallway allows access to the bathroom equipped with a sanitary shower and washing machine and to the two bedrooms, one of which is a double of 12 square meters and the other with two single beds of 9 square meters. Inside the living room-kitchen-dining area, there is a double sofa bed and in continuity with it, there is an outdoor space of 60 square meters in total, also accessible from the outside, divided into paved areas with an outdoor shower and washbasin and garden areas. All rooms are equipped with windows or French windows fitted with mosquito nets and a tilting opening device. The outdoor area is equipped with its own table and chairs for multiple uses. The accommodation is equipped with an umbrella and two sun loungers for use on the free beach. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the spaces in continuity of the living spaces, these exclusive spaces are add the usability of all the shared outdoor areas to other residential units and used both parking, pedestrian walkways, and greenery. Other things to note To comply with current European legislation, all guests must present a government-issued ID in order to be registered through the State Police portal.
