Just across from the ocean & directly on Singleton Swash, sip your morning coffee while taking in the glorious natural beauty & wildlife of a coastal salt marsh. This condo gives a nature reserve vibe but is just steps from Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Flip Flops Bar & Grill or Apache Pier. Five minutes from Tanger Outlets , Walmart & Golf, less than 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing! The space This beautiful condo has real hardwood flooring, quartz countertops and a full sized kitchen. With 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, it has a 7 person max occupancy with a 2 car maximum for parking. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and each room has its own tv with basic cable. The unit is across the street from the beach and there is one screened balcony and one non-screened balcony overlooking Singleton Swash (a beautiful natural tidal marsh). There is also a small storage closet by the front door for beach gear. Guest access Guests will have full use of the condo except the one owners closet. Please feel free to gently borrow anything we have including beach chairs or beach towels but make sure that they come back! Linens are provided but bath towels are not. Please bring your own bath towels. You may use the washer and dryer as needed. Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 7am. Guests reserving must be 25yrs of age or older. Other things to note **When you enter Building A you must go down the 2nd floor hallway and through the fire doors to get to this condo.** No parties or events are allowed. Many people live in Mariner's Cove so please respect the quiet hours. No pets are allowed in the unit and of course no smoking. The maximum number of cars allowed per group is 2 and they must have the parking placards in place or may get towed. Please don't leave the glass doors open when the a/c is running. Thanks!
