Diamond Boat with ease

Follower of "slow tourism", come and stay on the boat of Marie and Joelle, at the dock, nautical stop of Meilhan, on the Garonne canal. Close to entertainment and services, discover the bucolic landscapes and the birdsong from its terrace. Diamant has a dry toilet compartment. Access to the sanitary block, shower, parking of the Les Platanes campsite is included in the rate. Not suitable for tall people or minors. The space Diamant is a 6.75 m long boat, about 16 m2. It consists of a bed, at the front of the boat. It is powered by a 12-volt battery, USB socket, a sink with a supply of water filtered by charcoal. It has a kitchen cabinet with 1 gas stove, compression cooler, an Italian coffee maker and coffee, tea, local Cocumont soap, 1 bottle of water per person. The bed will be ready with sheets and duvet. Bathroom linens are available for rent for 5 euros for 2 people, upon reservation. Guest access The boat is parked on the towpath of the Garonne Canal, close to the nautical stop and the "Les Platanes" campsite in Meilhan sur Garonne. Accessible by bike from Castets en Dorthe, or the Mas d'Agenais by the Voie Verte. From Casteljaloux by the So Vélo trail then continue on the Voie Verte to Montpouillan. From Bordeaux, by car, access by the A62, exit La Réole in about 1 hour. Marmande is 15 minutes away by taking the D116. Other things to note If you want to have an experience close to nature while getting out of the ordinary, Diamant is for you. No Wi-Fi, no TV, but the birds will wake you up.
