Guest access Guests have have access to dock, shared picnic area and use of the grill. Other things to note There are a couple of Kayaks at the property. There are selection of life jackets but USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THE KAYAKS OR ANY OTHER WATERCRAFT AT THE PROPERTY YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND HOLD THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY HARMLESS.
