The flat forms part of a larger property and has it's own private entrance and outdoor seating area. Accommodation is arranged over 2 floors and gives a cosy private space to enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful sea and hill views. Cunningsburgh is a 15 minute drive to Lerwick and Sumburgh airport and a short walk to the main bus route. The space The accommodation is over 2 floors with internal stairs to access the main living area and bedroom. May not be suitable for young children or disabled access. On the ground floor - main entrance with coat stand. Utility area with washing machine. Toilet with a modern high powered mains shower. First floor - Fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom with king size bed. A premium quality camp bed is available on request. Private outdoor space with seating area and washing line. Guest access Solhamar Self Catering forms part of a larger property. A path leads you around the side of the house to the entrance for the flat. Your car parking is in front of the garage. Check in is from 3pm. If you want to request an early check in we advise that you book an extra night and we can have the property ready for your arrival first thing in the morning. Please note that the normal docking time for Northlink Ferry arrival into Lerwick is 7.30am. Check out is by 11am. Other things to note On your arrival you will find a stock of kitchen essentials including herbs, spices, cooking oil, tea, coffee, filter coffee and mint tea. A welcome package of milk, butter, oatcakes and some biscuits are also provided.
