Boasting a hot tub, 30ft indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, outside Hot tub and a games room. Plenty of outside space, including fishing and canoeing rights on the river. Pets are allowed at this property but there is an additional charge of £30. Min 3 Canoes/Kayaks and Fishing equipment are not supplied. The space Please note that our property comfortably hosts ×12 guests utilising the x6 bedrooms available, *To add a further x2 guests it is important to confirm that these guests will be on fold up beds* A Highchair and a Travel Cot are also available for guest use at no extra cost. FULL ACCOMMODATION compromises of: Ground Floor - Entrance hall, lounge, dining room, office space, kitchen with dining area, games area, pool, sauna, two shower rooms, and a utility with WC. All at sole use. The kitchen is a culinary paradise, equipped with all the appliances and ample counter space for creating delectable meals. Share laughter and stories around the dining table that comfortably seats all of your party, fostering unforgettable memories. First Floor - With six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, (6th bedroom is on the ground floor) our home effortlessly accommodates up to twelve guests. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring luxurious linens, tasteful decor, and ample storage space. Wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day's adventures. CAR PARKING Is free of charge and we can accommodate 8-10 cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole of the property and the enclosed rear garden., hot tub, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool - all sole use, You are welcome to take advantage of the fishing and canoeing rights on the river too. We are not held responsible for any issues accrued whilst on the river. Do so at your own risk.
