Bed and Breakfast 't Heesje

We are Chris and Ans. In 2023, we started building a small B&B in our backyard. This backyard is 15 minutes by bike from the beautiful's-Hertogenbosch with its historic center. A long-cherished wish has come true. Our cozy B&B is full of comforts and on a very small surface. You have to see it to believe it, or rather, experience it. We are happy to welcome you in our B&B 't Heesje The space This B&B has been carefully curated with the greatest challenge of providing as much comfort as possible on a limited number of square meters. This has succeeded above and is therefore more of a studio than a B&B. It offers a complete kitchen with everything to make a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. In addition, it has a private bath room with rain shower, sink with illuminated infrared mirror, makeup mirror, toillet and underfloor heating. There is also a Split Air Conditioning unit for extra heating or refreshment during the hot summers. There is also a lovely lounge area with TV and excellent Wi-Fi. Your night's sleep is assured in the lovely king size bed. The pillows are from Optidee and offer a wonderful sleeping experience. The outdoor space with a lovely canopy is for you only, and despite the fact that it is in our garden, you will experience it as your own garden. Everything is laid out with the eye to offer as much privacy as possible. And that was certainly successful. Furthermore, this B&B has a private parking space with possibility to charge electric cars. This, of course, against market-compliant fee. Guest access Our accommodation has its own courtyard garden with complete privacy. Other things to note Breakfast: If desired, we will fill the fridge with everything for a delicious, extensive breakfast. For this, we charge a fee of €15.00 per person per night. Reception: In addition to welcoming guests in person as much as possible, we also offer the flexibility to use a key box. Code for this will be shared before arrival. The price shown includes tourist tax (4.95 per person/per night) Public transportation: The accommodation is easily accessible by public transportation. So, of course, is the beautiful city center of's-Hertogenbosch. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. No exceptions are made to this. Other: During the stay, the following are not included: - Washing of towels/bed linen/other laundry - Cleaning of the accommodation Also provided: cleaning products/shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper Bicycles: We have decided to no longer rent out our bicycles, from now on they are available for you at no additional cost. Please note, it is a women's and men's bike. PLEASE NOTE! It is not allowed to host guests during your stay. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. There is a private outdoor area where this is allowed.
