Casey Key - perfect combination of close beach, large 30x15 pool, lots of lanai seating, paddle board, kayak, beach toys and chairs The Sea Turtle Pool, Beach Home (one unit in our Nokomis duplex), located a couple blocks from the coveted Nokomis Beach on Casey Key, includes a large 30x15 foot pool which gently slopes from 3 to 6.5 feet deep, along with a spacious covered lanai The space The home is a duplex, with there are 2 Mirror image units. In the main house there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a laundry. The pool area is fully screened in and has 2 separate dining areas. The pool is 15x30 and is shared by the 2 units. The Pool is also fully maintained and heated. In the rear building there are 2 bedrooms each unit has access to 1 bedroom that is the 3rd bedroom. The bedroom has 2 twin beds, WiFi, TV, Heat and AC. The Rear building also has the game room and storage for beach and pool equipment. This is a common space and is shared for the 2 unit. We have plenty of off street parking, 2 spots on the left for the sea turtle unit,and driveway on the right for the Dolphin unit. Other things to note The 3rd Bedroom is located in the detached rear building. There isn’t a bathroom in the rear building.
