Lakeside Cottage

An original cottage on Lake Macquarie. It was the old shop of Nords Wharf. There is a new renovation upstairs providing a spacious bedroom. Downstairs is original. There is a new king size Koala bed upstairs, Koala sofa beds downstairs and new fixtures throughout. It is located at the end of a cul de sac and the property blends into a beautiful waterside park. Perfect for water sports or relaxing. Surf beaches and shops are only minutes away. Our booking policy requires existing 5 star reviews. The space The cottage is best suited for a couple however there is also a double sofa bed and single sofa bed in the lounge room downstairs. There is a spacious bedroom located upstairs. It is worth noting the only bathroom is downstairs below the bedroom. All linen is supplied as a part of the cleaning fee. There is a Sonos system inside and outside on the deck. Connect to the speakers once connected to the Wifi. There is a new fireplace inside the house for heating and atmosphere. There is also a fire pit outside. Wood is supplied. Parking is on the grass outside the place or anywhere in the very large cul de sac. There is space for a boat or trailer. The boat ramp is 1 minute away. The boat can be left in the water overnight or a tinny can be easily pulled up. There is a great cafe and coffee shop just a few minutes walk down the road. They roast their own beans, the food is great and they also supply beautiful home cooked frozen meals for dinner. Guest access All of the house and yard down to the waters edge are available for guests. Other things to note Very fast fibre to the premisis internet. Perfect for working from home.
