Vacations in Costa del Sol

Our cosy 75m2 apartment is located in Marbella residential cost, 20 min drive from the centre. We are 200m from Playa del Río Sequillo: you can walk there! If you wish to visit the beautiful Costa del Sol, you can do it comfortably with your car: we have a private parking space :) Moreover, you will have a private furnished terrace at your disposal **There is currently work in the apartment next door. We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause you The space The flat is located on the ground floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with dining table - a separate kitchen - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) * 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds (90x200). One of them also has a TV. - 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one of them is ensuite You will love our beautiful furnished terrace :) It's a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay for our guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat located in the living room. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 100 liters: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Moreover, you will have access to a public/private swimming pool open all year round, opening hours are indicated directly insite. The housing estate also has a football pitch and 2 tennis courts open from 15th June to 15th September If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
