Quail Cottage

The Quail Cottage at Dennen’s Victorian Farmhouse sits quietly at the top of our meadow. It features a queen size bed and a twin bed, wood-burning fireplace and two decks to appreciate the views of our grounds. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue, shower, and a TV. This is a pet friendly room. The space Dennen’s in Little River is situated on 2 acres about 2.5 miles south of Mendocino. We have informal gardens, a wild open meadow, a creek running along the property, and blue water ocean views from some units. A five minute walk takes you to an incredible, secluded ocean cove. You can hear the ocean and buoy bells, and it is quiet enough at night to hear the deer munching apples in the orchards. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, semi-private seating areas, and other garden spaces on the property. Other things to note We welcome up to two pets per room or cottage. A fee of $30 per pet, per night applies, and we provide a cozy pet bed, food and water bowls, waste bags, and tasty treats for your furry companions. This property does not have A/C. This property no longer provides breakfast but there are many wonderful restaurants in Mendocino, just three miles up Highway 1.
