The space Circa 1867 has 3 bedrooms (1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 1 x Single) & one bathroom with shower, washing machine, clothes dryer & bathroom amenities. We have 2 lounge room areas, a smaller one and a larger one - both with brand new TV's - perfect for watching the sport, a movie night or time away from the kids! A large dining area also acts as a second kitchen / meal prep area & the backyard is - well, you have to experience it for yourself! Large lawn area with picnic rugs provided, huge trampoline with sides, a gorgeous original open stone fireplace (Yes a FIREPLACE not a fire pit...!), a new BBQ & undercover table & chairs. Fresh linen & towels are always provided & included in your stay. A portacot with linen & a high chair are also always available at the property for no extra fee. You have full use of the house & carport throughout your stay & easy after hours access via a key safe. You simply will not find a better location in Victor Harbor than Circa 1867. It was originally a boot-makers & shoe shop & has been in our family for 6 generations. After only recently listing Circa 1867 as a holiday property for the first time in history, we are making continual upgrades to the home so it features many new appliances & furnishings, but still oozes that olden day charm. You cannot beat the location & ease of this property, you may not even start your car again after arriving... Circa 1867 is known for its charm and its relaxing & cosy vibe.
