Charming family home directly on forest and dune

Relax in this unique location at the foot of a dune. From the kitchen window, you can look out over the woods. From here, you can start hiking in the National Park Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat and in 10 minutes you can cycle to the beach. Enjoy the whistling birds, the spacious garden and the sunny terrace adjacent to the forest. Plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a direct train connection to Amsterdam (25 min.), Alkmaar (15 min.) and Haarlem (30 min.). The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are available for rent. We will close off one bedroom. On top of the cozy attic is a double bed and on the first floor a room with a single bed. A crib for baby or toddler or separate mattress for larger child can be added in the attic and/or next to the single bed on the first floor. In the garden room on the ground floor, overlooking the forest, there is currently a single bed. In the course of 2026, a second bathroom with its own shower and toilet will also be added to this room. There is a piano, a record player and CD player. A television with streaming services (Netflix and SkyShowtime). For children, there is a trampoline, a wooden hut, toys and games. In the attic there is a desk where you can work in peace. Guest access All areas can be used except for one bedroom. We will close this one. Other things to note We have completely renovated the house from 2023 -2025. There are still details we are working on such as painting doors and window frames and the second bathroom. We already find our house the ideal vacation home to discover the dune and forest area!
