The space Completely renovated at the end of 2022, the house consists of a kitchen on the ground floor, open to a living room of approximately 45 m². The cooking area overlooks the living room and allows you to prepare good small dishes without missing a crumb of the aperitif. It consists of a large countertop with a 4-point ceramic hob, an integrated oven, a convection oven and a microwave. In the back kitchen you will find 1 large fridge with freezer and a dishwasher (14 place settings). For your comfort and cooking needs you will find: a filter coffee maker, a Senseo, a kettle, a toaster, a blender/mixer, a multi-function food processor (Fagor), a raclette grill (10 people) as well as a cooking set and dishes of different sizes. Living/Dining Room side, the table is ideal for large groups (up to 10 people), a Tripp Trapp modular high chair with harness for little ones is also available. Our living room invites you to cocoon by the fireplace (closed fireplace). We provide a TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and board games for all ages. Night area: On the ground floor, you will find 1 master suite (160 bed) with a large walk-in shower, 1 second independent bathroom also with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. Also on the ground floor, a laundry room with washer and dryer (with ironing board and iron) and a second separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine with office area where you will find tourist information about the surroundings, 2 bedrooms (160 beds or adjustable 2x80), 1 children's bedroom with cabin beds (90). Outside: In summer, enjoy our large south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. For your comfort, we provide garden furniture (tables and chairs for 8 guests), parasol, a hammock for a nap in the shade lulled by the sound of the stream; Winter, like summer, watch the stars from the hot tub (ideal after a day of skiing or hiking). We also provide you with a shed (to store your ski, ATV or hiking equipment) and a carport. Other things to note You can order your groceries in Clic & Collect at the Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise supermarket which is 10 minutes from the house. In case of late arrival, kitchen essentials are available in the cottage.
