Join this fun 55 and older community at the Lemon Tree Estates and make new friends and new memories. Enjoy your time here as a Winter Texan with weekly Special Event Schedule At Lemon Tree Clubhouse (Seasonal Events). One of the people renting MUST be at least 55 years of age or older, This is the park rules. No renting for someone else. January-April 30 day minimum The space This is an older 1980 something park model. It has its own personality like stepping back in time with everything from wood paneling to formica countertops. lol. Guest access You will have access to everything in the trailer and access to the shed with a washer and dryer. You'll have access to the community center, pool, shuffleboards, and washer & dryer (coin operated at the community center) units. The community center also had restrooms with additional showers if needed.
