House is surrounding by trees and beautiful landscaping. We do a regular pest control but insects might be present due the nature of the surroundings ! Lots of trees and plants ! We do pool maintenance every week and a day before check in, however some leafs might be present due trees and wind. Pool is not heated and seasonal for warmer months. We use chlorine. Guest access You will receive a custom code for the door that is valid for your stay one day before you arrive. There are three parking spots available in the driveway for max SUV size vehicles. Our property has no space for larger size vehicles like RVs or trailer. Please park only in the driveway. Do not block any neighbor home. Other things to note Home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. No events, parties, gatherings or loud music inside or outside the home is allowed. Guest will be removed and police called if a party/ event is reported. Due insurance Only registered guests during the whole stay. No visits are allowed even if they are not staying. Pet friendly, can accommodate up to 1 non-shedding dog breeds with pet fee. Please communicate if you’re planning to bring a pet. You can use a gas grill on-site, please follow the grill rules to use this nice amenity where you don't have to carry anything but your food! Please keep thermostat to max 75F during winter and no less than 70 F during summer. Please turn off if you're not home. Our plumbing is sensitive, so please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, no feminine products, or anything else! Trash bins are in each bathroom for easy disposal. We have air fresheners in the kitchen and hall, if you’re sensitive please let us know in advance to remove them before your visit.
