Charming quiet room with large terrace

Looking for calm and relaxation, I welcome you in a pretty country village, 25 minutes from Rouen. The accommodation consists of a shower room/toilet on the ground floor, upstairs: a pleasant bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room with a folding sofa that can accommodate 1 person. Large terrace with table and lounge will welcome you for a relaxing time. Your bed will be ready when you arrive, towels provided. Independent entrance and self check-in. The space A coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and dishes (plates, glasses, cups, bowls, cutlery, corkscrew, cutting board) are available in the upstairs living room. On the terrace, in the cabinet you have at your disposal: dish tray, drainer, sponges, dish products, electric plate + a saucepan and a frying pan. If you want to bring your own linens, that's possible; in that case, let me know in advance and I'll adjust the price. You can also stay for just 1 night, but only in that case. Guest access When you arrive at the house number: - access the listing via the path on the right side of the house - the room is at the end of the path on the left (white gate) - The room's parking space can accommodate a normal-sized car, however if you have a large vehicle it is possible to park in the town hall parking lot located nearby (just opposite). Other things to note Please turn off the radiators upstairs and the towel dryer in the shower room when you check out.
