Only 15 minutes away is Paso Robles, a beautiful wine country, offering up to 300 wineries. This home is only 2 minutes from Atascadero’s restaurants and shops. Or if you want to stay in, the hot tub and private patio with BBQ, are cozy and relaxing. The space Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of oak trees around and great views. Close to shops and dining. Sit out back on the private patio with BBQ, or sit in the hot tub while you gaze at the stars. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests-2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and the futon can be made up to accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children. The futon is located in the master bedroom. There is a full kitchen with room for indoor or outdoor dining. There are spices in the cupboard and plenty of utensils if you enjoy cooking. Coffee maker and coffee are provided. The view from the front porch and windows offers views of the surrounding hills. Dogs are welcome and the back yard is fully fenced. Guest access Parking for 3 cars in front of the garage. There are five steps up to the front door and three steps up to the back bedroom. Guests have access to the whole house, excluding the garage. Other things to note We are semi retired and live at this residence part time. We hope you feel welcome in our home.
