You appreciate the hustle and bustle at the lake, but also enjoy the charm of the immediate hinterland with typical Italian osterias and the feeling of the real Dolce Vita… Then you have come to the right place in our Perla Vista apartment. Located between all these destinations, in Castion Veronese - a district of Costermano - you can enjoy your vacation in our newly renovated apartment, furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with air conditioning. A coffee in the box spring bed overlooking the morning sun, a refreshment in the modern 10 x 5 m pool, which is nestled in a very quiet community complex overgrown with olive trees or simply enjoy the panoramic view from the southwest-facing balcony overlooking the lake - in the Perla Vista apartment, all this is possible. A modern kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee machines (SMEG, Tchibo Cafissimo), dishwasher and kettle allows you to enjoy Italian delicacies on your own balcony. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, a bidet, a Miele washing machine with an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer and a straightener. Two full double bedrooms with 200 x 200 and 180 x 200 cm box spring beds as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans, smart TVs and full wardrobes offer comfort and space for 4 guests. In the living room there is another smart TV, Wi-Fi and German television are available. And if you have to work a little while on vacation, a desk with optimal home office preparations is located in one of the two bedrooms. Nestled in the green of the moraine hills, the apartment Perla Vista is located on the first floor of a small and quiet residential complex with a total of only 7 parties. It has a lockable underground garage - which can also be used perfectly with an SUV. 4 sun loungers and a towel and bed linen package complete the offer. Castion Veronese is a charming village with a small historic center in a perfect starting point for unforgettable activities. Here you can enjoy the caffe or the Aperol typically Italian, a small supermarket provides you with all the things of daily use. Three highly recommended restaurants are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The lake can be reached by car via Costermano to Bardolino or via Marciaga to Garda. On foot or by bike, the path through the Val de Molina is a short and very nice shortcut to reach the lake. Hiking trails start at your doorstep. The 27-hole golf club Cá degli Ulivi of Marciaga is within walking distance. The Jungle Adventure Park and the nearest via ferrata are only 10 minutes away. Even horseback riding is offered in the immediate vicinity and paragliders will find a panoramic starting point at nearby Monte Belpo. Verona, the beautiful city of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet with the festival in the historic arena is only 32 km away, as is Verona airport. Guest access The Perla Vista apartment has a lockable underground parking space, a private staircase and entrance as well as the communal pool with surrounding sunbathing lawn. The aluminum loungers for the pool are located in the private underground garage, where they should always be returned after use. Other things to note The laundry package is already included in the cleaning price and includes bed linens, 2 towels per guest (1 shower towel 140 x 70 cm and 1 hand towel 100 x 50 cm) as well as 1 bath mat per booking.
