Beautiful Home located near the plaza (town square) of one of the oldest towns in Puerto Rico, Coamo. You will be located at walking distance to one of the oldest church in Puerto Rico built in 1661. There are many restaurants, stores, pharmacies, banks and bakeries nearby. On your way to the house you will pass by the entrance to the Hot Springs which are located about 5 miles (15 minutes) from the house. Coamo is located close to Villalba, Aibonito, Santa Isabel, Salinas, Ponce and Cayey. The space Three Bedrooms, Two Bathroom house. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom, closet, luggage rack and 40 inch TV. The Second Room has a full bed with closet and luggage rack. The third room has a bunk bed (full below, twin on top) with a closet. All Bedrooms rooms have Air Conditioner. There is one full bathroom on the corridor in front of the third room. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer free to use. The living room has a recliner sofa with a 45 inch TV with streaming services and cable tv included. There is ceiling fan on the living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave with air fryer, refrigerator/ frezeer with ice maker and utensils. You will find a Coffer Bar for the delight of the coffee lovers, you can use the drip coffee maker or the stove coffee maker. There is an open covered garage that fits one car and the ramp to the garage can fit another one. There is also free parking on the street. The backyard of the house have plants and some herbs (oregano, basil). You may also encounter chickens, green parrots, and birds during the day. We have an outdoor table with chairs (it is covered to maitain it clean for your use, feel free to uncover it) so you can sit and relax during the night. You are able to see the Cerro Pico from one side of the yard and also you can enjoy music that comes from the restaurant located at top of Cerro Pico, Placeres del Mirador. Guest access All parts of the house are available for use by the guests. Other things to note Don't leave shoes outside the house.
