This two-bedroom Sonoma Wine Country vacation rental at the Inn at Occidental is the best of both worlds. Sonoma Cottage is private, yet still convenient to the inn next door. At 2,200 square feet, the cottage has all the comforts of home and is perfect for a friends’ getaway in the Sonoma Valley. The two spacious bedrooms each feature a king bed, fireplace, en suite bathroom, and spa tub for two. A fully furnished living room and full kitchen provide all you need for a memorable stay. The space Both the upper and lower bedrooms are spacious and feature king beds. Additional amenities in each bedroom of the Sonoma Cottage include a fireplace, private bathroom, spa tub for two, and cultured-marble vanity. The fully furnished living room features a fireplace, two sofas (one folds out to sleep two guests), an easy chair, an upright piano, and 12-foot ceilings. Guests have use of the full kitchen, and the dining room can seat up to 8 people at the table. Enjoy your own private outdoor patio at the cottage, or take advantage of the public spaces at the Inn at Occidental next door - the courtyard garden, the veranda, the living room with a wine bar open in the evenings, and the patio adjacent to the dining room, where breakfast is served daily as part of your stay. Sonoma Cottage is pet friendly. There is a $50 pet fee added to the reservation. When bringing a pet to the Sonoma Cottage, we ask that our guests please observe the following: - Pets should not be left unattended while on the property. If you bring your pet from the cottage to the public areas of the Inn, your pet must be on a leash. - Pets are welcome in the courtyard, on the patio outside the dining room, or on the veranda. - Please keep your pet off the furniture in the public areas. If your pet sleeps on the bed with you, please request, and we will provide you with, a sheet to place over the duvet cover. - If your pet should have an accident on the rug, let us know as soon as possible so that we can properly clean the area. Damages or stains may incur additional charges. Guest access Guests may park in the driveway of the cottage. Guests have access to all of the rooms of the cottage (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room) as well as the public spaces of the Inn at Occidental (the living room, dining room for breakfast service, courtyard garden, and veranda). Other things to note Please check in at the Inn at Occidental front desk where you will be given the keys to the Sonoma Cottage and a welcome sheet with helpful information.
