This home is the perfect place for your family to stay during your visit to NWA! Great location - less than 15 minutes to DT Fayetteville and 10 minutes to the Football Stadium. A nice yard in the back for children to play or to have your tailgating fun. Disclaimer: I am new to Airbnb and have priced the home to reflect anything that may be missing compared to other more experienced properties. Please let me know if something could be better and I will do my best to improve! ☺️ The space This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living Room/Dining Room: Living Room includes a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, as well as other applications that you would need to login to yourself. Kitchen: Kitchen has a couple basic pots and pans needed for basic meals. There are also plates, bowls, mugs, and any utensils you may need during your stay. In addition, there is an Air Fryer, Toaster, French Press, and Tea Kettle. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom with walk in closet. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin sized trundle bed underneath as well as another twin sized bed adjacent. Extra comforter and sheets are in the closet. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a full size bed along with a desk for a private working station. It is adjacent to the second bathroom. Laundry Room: Laundry Room is stocked with detergent for you to wash clothes during your stay. Bathrooms: Each bathroom has body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, hand soap, and toilet paper. The closet next to the laundry room is stocked with towels and washcloths - I ask that you please do not remove the towels from the premises. Garage: Garage can comfortably fit your vehicles. Guest access Entrance has a keypad, before check in I will provide you a code to use during your stay. Other things to note There is also a park a 5 minute walk fown the road! I will provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. Any more needed beyond those initially provided may be outsourced by the guests. If bringing a pet, please do your best to keep them off of the furniture. Especially the beds, thank you! Also please note that pets are an additional fee, please make sure to add them during booking or an additional fee will incur. If any damages occur or anything is missing post check out a fee to repair/replace will apply. Please Note: This property is a duplex with someone living next door. Only half of the back yard belongs to the Airbnb. Anything in the other side of the yard is someone’s else’s property. Please do not enter the neighbors side of the home.
