This charming, classic farmhouse in Lake Geneva/Lyons area is newly renovated with luxurious modern comforts. The surrounding former farmland is over 1 acre, affording privacy and a rural vibe while also offering quick 7-10 minute access by car to Lake Geneva. Nearby golf courses, ski resorts, lakes/beaches, shopping and several attractions. Easy to find off of main roads, but still feels secluded when you’re there. Guests have plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the long driveway. The space The interior is newly furnished, spacious and airy with large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces that flow together beautifully. Ideal for groups, families, couples, or single travelers who wish for a peaceful, relaxing country stay while still having close access to the city. Area is covered by Uber, DoorDash and similar services. If you’re bringing your own vehicle(s), parking couldn’t be easier. We can accommodate parking for 4 traditional vehicles without the need to “shuffle” cars around to get in and out, and those struggling to find an accomodation where they can bring their boat or other type of trailer attachment on their vehicle can finally look no further! Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with two additional twin beds available for a total of 10. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room! Both queen bedrooms have a Chromecast, two dining tables accommodate 8 and 4 guests respectively. There are multiple outbuildings on the property that are not available for guest use. Please avoid these buildings. Guest access The entire house is yours! Outbuildings on the property are not. Outdoor patio table and fire pit are available for guest use.
