King Sized Room with desk in Victorian Townhouse

This large stylish room with a king sized bed and desk is great for individuals or a pair. There's storage space for your items, clothes hangers and a full length mirror. The house is pet and smoke free. The property has some local amenities, a food shop, takeaways and excellent access to the city, train station, and surrounding countryside. There's a lovely pub within walking distance: The Knowle. Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo all deliver here. I look forward to having you! The space My home is set across two floors and you'll have access to the master king sized-bedroom with access to a shared bathroom including a shower and bath. There's access to a first aid kit, if required, in the bathroom. There are some books on the shelf in the room that you may read during your stay, I only ask that you leave them upon departure :) For food shopping there is a large supermarket Tesco's Extra just a 15 minute walk away and a smaller Morrisons just 5 minutes walk away. There is also a shopping complex called Broadwalk just 5 minutes walk away on your way into town, however this is currently under redevelopment so the number of shops there is currently limited. You can however walk a further 10 minutes down the hill to reach bars, cafe's and restaurants. Totterdown Canteen is a greasy spoon and The Bank is an upmarket fine dining restaurant. The Sun Dial is also great for eats with Bruhaha and Southside being good spots for drinks. If you have any other questions about the location in advance or during your stay just let me know! Guest access You can have access to the main bedroom and the shared bathroom, both of which are on the first floor. During your stay I typically keep to myself but I'll always aim to greet you in person to hand over the keys and do feel free to drop me a message in the app if you need anything! It's likely that I'll have the phone close by. Other things to note If you are driving there are free public parking spots on nearby streets, including St Martins Road and Crossways Road. There isn't a dedicated parking spot at the property. The property is on a main road which means easy access to public transport. There are regular buses from Temple Meads station and town (376, 2, 2a, 73, 172) and it's just a short 10/15 minute ride. The stop to get off closest to the house is Greenmore Road. The best bus from the airport is called the A4 Air Decker and departs and returns from Beechmount Grove on Airport Road which is a 15 minute walk from the house. You are also able to travel easily to Bath on this bus or via the train from Temple Meads train station.
