3 Double bedroom cosy cottage in central Frome

This comfortable stylish cottage is great for family or friends and is located in the centre of Frome. Situated in a leafy street just a stones throw to some of the best shops, restaurants and cafes that Frome has to offer. The Silk Mill is a two minute walk away and Longleat, Centre Parks, Orchardleigh Estate and Babbington house are all within 5 miles. The space The cottage is a mix of 'olde-worlde' and modern creature comforts spread out over three floors. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining room. There are two 3 seater sofas, a large dining table and chairs and a stylish will stocked kitchen. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and a wood burning stove for extra cosiness. On the first floor there's a double bedroom and large luxury bathroom and up a further flight of stairs to the second floor there are another two double bedrooms. All bedding and towels are provided. Netflix, Prime and Freeview are all included. There is on street parking all around the property and a small seating area to the front of the house. Shopping couldn't be easier with both M&S and Lidl's within a 3 minute stroll. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. The steps and pathway to the front door are shared with the studio next door. Other things to note The house is off Vicarage Street set on a flight of steps so is not ideal if you have push chairs or prams etc. Pets are welcome but bear in mind that there is only a small seating area to the front of the house so dogs will need to be taken to green spaces which can be found within a couple of minutes walk from the house.
