Path to the entrance is well lit but rustic, so caution is required. Close to casino, shopping, Montage Mountain Ski resort. Industrial parsk, Movie theaters, trampoline park, hospitals for traveling medical professionals. Has Kitchen, with stove and refrigerator. Parking for 1 car only. The space This is the lowest level of a residential home, is walkout level, has plenty of Natural Lighting with full glass doors, Big windows. Large yard and concrete Patio. Lots of wild life and Private, this is not a shared area, on an 1 acre property, you have your own private entrance, Large 1000 square fort room with television large king-size bed, and living room small refrigerator, microwave oven, small oven, kitchen sink, and electric griddle and stove top burners. Connected to acres of game lands for hiking, nature observing. The bathroom has a step up, to the bath and toilet. Guest access Guest must walk around back of the home down a rustic path to access the entrance. Off Street Parking. Please park on the left side of the driveway. Where you will see lit pathway to apartment entrance. Other things to note This is a very quiet neighborhood residential. Large yard patio, quiet please after 11 pm in the yard. When outside, must be respectful of neighbors as this is a residential Area, and they have work in the morning. This is a very quiet area. So please be respectful and clean up as well as you can so we may keep fees down for guest. Upon leaving please clean up as well as possible, garbage goes to curb Tuesday night for Wed morning pick up. May see wildlife, groundhogs, deer, fawns, fox, etc. The Bathroom, it is very important that there is no femine products napkins or tampons in the toilet, if there is a blockage due to not following this rule there will be a repair charge.
