Vaimalo Bamboo Fale

Vaimalo Fales property has Four Fales to book, sitting in a landscaped property by the lagoon and mangroves. We sit at the end of a small village, facing the water. The lagoon has great snorkeling and easy kayaking. My Talau opposite is a great walk to the top for views of Neiafu . The space Bamboo Fale is our fourth fale set beside a stand of bamboo and up overlooking the mangroves and out over the lagoon. The Fale sits in the cool of large mango tree and landscaped plants. Easy access as you enter the compound. Studio style room with a deck offering a wide vista of the lagoon and sunset. Two beds...a queen and single. Tables and chairs on the deck. Sitting areas inside. Lots of screened windows for airflow and a fan. Small kitchen and own bathroom with shower and toilet. BBQ available and seating area in the garden below. Enjoy. Guest access The fale is a self contained studio unit with a kitchenette area and bathroom. A laundry area is available. You are free to use the whole property and walk down to the water. Use a bbq area below. Walk along the reef at low tide to the next small island. Wander through the village. Other things to note This is a tropical island so come prepared with medical first aid supplies. Reef friendly sun block, eco friendly toiletries. Reef shoes. Snorkel and googles. We have some. Read up on Tonga tourism page and be aware of dress code and Sunday rules. WiFi...buy a local SIM card and buy mobile data. Sometimes SIM cards free on arrival at airport. And keep in touch re your arrival. #The domestic airline is Lulutai airlines so book with them from Tongatapu to Vava’u. Email them as no on-line booking. Or fly with Fiji Airways direct to Vavau. We have one car available between guests to rent $70 a day. Town is 15 mins away. Kayaks and lifejackets are available to use.
