Our fully furnished apartment has 1 private bedroom, living room, kitchen, 1 full bath and laundry located on one level. The entire apartment comes with high speed internet, Netflix, HBO Max, and paramount+. The space Come and stay with us in beautiful Hamburg, NY. This lovingly maintained and cozy apartment is 560 sq ft found in a friendly and serene residential neighborhood. We hope you create wonderful memories while staying at this charming and pleasant residence! As you arrive, you will pull into a shared driveway and walk up a set of steps to access the apartment. As you enter the apartment, you will walk into an open floor plan with combined kitchen and living room adding the perfect touch of warmth and elegance. There is also a laundry room which consists of both a front loader washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and appliances (refrigerator, stove and microwave). The kitchen also contains an air fryer, mixer, blender,coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, dinnerware, flatware, cooking and baking essentials along with a spice rack and olive oil. The living room area features a leather recliner loveseat, coffee table and 70” flat screen TV. It is the ideal spot you can find yourself relaxing or enjoying your favorite program. In the bedroom you will locate a chest of drawers, a 55” TV mounted on the wall as well as a roomy closet. The queen bed, has both a mattress protector and pillow protectors located underneath the linens. We provide extra blankets and pillows which can be located in the bedroom closet. There is outdoor furniture located on our wrap around covered porch for you to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Our comfortable outdoor furinture set includes four chairs (two glider chairs) and coffee table. No matter if you will be enjoying the breeze while relaxing, getting lost in a book or curling up for a cozy evening under the stars, this is the perfect place to do just that! The apartment offers the perfect blend of tranquility, peacefulness and convenience. The home is conveniently located near multiple highways, and offers easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants, as well as beaches and playgrounds, to ensure all your needs are within reach! Right in the heart of Hamburg you will find walkable streets, fine dining, boutiques, a decades-old neighborhood ice cream parlor and movie theater. This is the perfect place to chill on a beautiful summer day in Buffalo. Animals/Pets: I take a lot of pride in my rental, so I am agreeing to be a pet friendly home, however please help me keep it that way. You know your pet best (chewers, aggressors, not potty trained, have separation anxiety). I have a dog run available for you to use if needed. Please bring a crate if you plan on leaving your pet(s) unattended for an extended amount of time. You are more than welcome to bring a pet camera as well. There are also dog kennels available in the area. There are a few requirements I do ask of you: -You will be responsible to pick up the poop after your pet.  -No pets allowed on beds or furniture.  -Please use a dog blanket -You are more than welcome to bring a pet gate. An additional $50 fee for pets would be charged per visit to cover the extra cleaning from pet hair. Thank you for understanding this extra fee. Again, if you do decide to book with me, you will see an additional $50 added on to your total.
