Our home is in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. The place is a private annex attached to the main house with its own entrance and shares our large garden and courtyard which has outside seating for relaxing in. The space The annex is full of character and finished to a high standard. There are beams throughout this Grade II listed property, showcased by a full height staircase with exposed trusses. Downstairs is spacious and light with an open living area and kitchen. There is a separate dining room with a sofa bed for when there are more than 2 guests. The property enjoys a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer, and an additional utility area with washing machine. Downstairs there is also a separate toilet and hand basin. The property has underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with separate dressing room, and large bathroom, enjoying a double shower and separate bath. There is WIFI throughout Guest access Guests have private access to their space although share the garden and parking area with us. Other things to note Guests should be aware there is a family dog and there are often horses in the surrounding fields.
