This beautiful 2BR lakeside home is in a great location - ideal for long term stays and just minutes from resorts and attractions of the area including Big Cedar, Thunder Ridge, Top of the Rock, Branson theaters and boating, swimming, fishing, golfing, Branson theaters. It is a unique and relaxing family home designed in the Usonian architectural style inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The space This 2 bedroom, relaxing lakeside home is beautifully tucked into the Ozark hills. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with both a screened porch and indoor dining areas. This 2 BR, 1.5 Jack and Jill style bath with a shower, a full bathtub and two toilets, is perfect for a family of 4. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with picture windows. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and an additional cot if needed. You'll find many features inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright such as mitered corner windows, a Jack and Jill bathroom, stone floors and cedar walls throughout the house. There is a cantilevered porch that overlooks the lake. You won't find a better place to relax. There is no dishwasher, but linens and towels are provided. The Television is connected to the Internet through a ROKU box, but not to cable. You can access your own streaming APPs such as Netflix and Hulu. Please note, there is not a dishwasher in the kitchen. OTHER ATTRACTIONS The house is minutes away from the many attractions of the area. Tablerock Lake is well known for fishing and water sports. You'll be within 0.5 miles walking distance of the marina where you can easily rent or launch a boat and where Bass Pro has hosted championship tournaments. You'll be just 11 minutes away (5 miles) from Top of the Rock and Big Cedar which features 5 golf courses, restaurants, and a FunZone your kids will love. You'll be 22 minutes (14 miles) from Dogwood Canyon and Silver Dollar City —a theme park where your family can enjoy a full day of rides, music and Ozark culture— can be reached in 35 minutes. You'll be 20 minutes (13 miles) from Branson which hosts major country music stars, where you can visit the Branson Landing, a lakeside mall with water features & live shows, plus a range of mainstream stores & outdoor dining. About 1.5 hours (73 miles) from the lake house is Crystal Bridges, a nationally known museum which has a Frank Lloyd Wright house on display that has many similarities to this property. Guest access Entire House - nearby lots are private property, so please walk/drive on gravel road. We'll provide you with a code so you'll have easy access when you arrive. Other things to note Bridge construction has been fully completed across the lake.
