Bright and spacious upper villa by the river

We are letting our flat while we are away for a holiday. It is a big and spacious flat with lots of natural light. There is a private garden and the river is just across the road. It is an 8 minute walk from the beach. It is on a quiet cobbled street with little traffic noise, but it's also very close to Musselburgh high street, which has frequent buses to the centre of Edinburgh and nice cafes etc. We have a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden and a fabulous bath! sleeps 4-6 The space The property comprises the upper floor of a Victorian house. The guest room has ample storage, a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and a table and chairs. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower room with a powerful shower. The kitchen is South facing with a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. The garden has a small lawn with shrubs and decking. There is a large living room with sofa and armchairs.
