The 'House That Jack Built' is a spacious, 3 story chalet nestled in the trees on 5 beautiful wooded acres. Our property allows you to experience all that Ellicottville has to offer, providing a quiet cozy cabin experience, while also being only minutes the village, HoliMont Ski Club and Holiday Valley. Our family chalet is the perfect getaway for any season. The space The main entry of our log home opens up into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Floor to ceiling windows/doors offer plenty of natural light and direct access to the large wrap around outdoor porch, as well as the back porch with BBQ. At the heart of the room is the wood stove that adds to the comfort of the space. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and offers plenty of counter seating in addition to the dining table. Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one full bath, laundry and mud room. Both bedrooms have twin over full bunk beds with a closet in one and a work space in the other. The top level includes the primary bedroom, walk in closet, spacious en-suite bathroom and loft style sitting area. This bedroom has one queen bed and one twin size daybed. The walk out basement has a dedicated ski/board/bike equipment room that can be accessed from outside. As well as a large living area equipped with a 55" smart TV, DVD player and 10-seater sectional. Feel free to explore our expansive movie collection! Additionally, you will find the remaining two bedrooms (queen bed in each) and third full bath on this level. All bedrooms and living spaces have ceiling fans. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire house. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, however the garage is not available to guests.
