Middleton on Sea 2 x double rooms near Goodwood

Our house is a modern, friendly 4 bedroom property in a quiet location. We are close to Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel,and Goodwood. The sea is a 10 minute walk. We are retired teachers, happy to help make your stay as easy as possible. Both rooms are recently redecorated with new carpets. The bathroom is, light and airy. The house is in a very quiet, safe development with plenty of parking. The space Modern, clean, quiet, with easy parking and free Wifi. Guest access Guests have access to their rooms and bathroom. Take away food can be consumed in the dining area/family room only. I can provide a basic cereal/toast tea/coffee breakfast for a small extra charge. During your stay Happy to help out guests and chat or leave guests to their own devices. We have used Airbnb as guests and understand that different people have different needs. Since retiring I have worked on events at Goodwood so can provide lots of tips and insights to improve your experience at Festival of Speed or Revival. Other things to note We have an excellent Chinese Take Away and Fish and Chip shop within the village. I’m happy for you to eat take away food in the dining room, and I will provide a basic cereal/toast breakfast with tea/coffee if required, for a small extra charge.
