This room was designed for the business travelers and hard-working folk. We outfitted it with good lighting and a high-tech work station. Each room in this house is outfitted with a Ecobee thermostat with built-in Amazon Alexa. There is no kitchen and no children allowed. I am trying to save to make this Ugly House into a Beautiful one. AirBnB is how I'm making it happen. Please enjoy my room which I put so much care into preparing for you. The room itself has a queen bed and an optional additional bed for reservations with more than two guests. if there are only two guests and you need the additional bed it would need to be requested and there would be a $25 fee. There is an Air Conditioner and baseboard heating. The closet along with the room is absolutely enormous. All revenues from this listing are being put towards renovating the house! Guest access Guests have access to a water dispense in the hallway, guest bathroom which is shared between three rooms and the careful meticulous design and careful thought that went into the listing. There is no room in my driveway for more than one car per reservation. If you have more than one car please do not book the listing Side yard and backyard are off limits. During your stay You get to enjoy your stay without interruption. However, my staff and I are available for any needs you may have. Other things to note Your **safety, security, and comfort** are very important to us.
