The Cottage

Need to reset and recharge? It’s easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Breathe in the serenity, absorb the sunshine, getaway from it all. The Cottage is a one-bedroom self-contained unit where you can walk to your own personal access to the Murray River. Spend your days fishing from the bank or take a quick drive to the local boat ramp and explore our waterways. Relax in the private outdoor area, light the fire bucket, cook up the days catch and watch the stars shine. The space This is a self-contained unit on a small parcel of land that has private access to the Murray River. The cottage has an open plan living, dining and kitchen. There is a split system and ceiling fan. It has a disabled access shower and vanity with a separate toilet. There is a laundry and clothesline. The bedroom has a queen bed. Outside you have your own private fenced area. It currently has a small firepit and an undercover area with outdoor table and chairs. Guest access Guests have access to the one-bedroom unit, its private outdoor area and private access through to the river. The details to access the river will be in the cottage on arrival. Other things to note Gonn Crossing is just out of Murrabit Victoria. It is the perfect base to explore our region, being close to Barham-Koondrook, Kerang, Cohuna, then Echuca, Swan Hill.
