Guest access Guest have full, and private, access to the main floor of the house including the front porch and fenced in back yard. There is a finished basement that is a separate unit that guest do not have access to. This unit is not occupied full time but is occasionally used by the host. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement, and access can be coordinated, if needed, with guest who are staying more than 3 nights. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway.
