It has 3 bedrooms on the second floor & a finished basement provides a futon for extra sleeping accommodation. The open layout between living & dining areas with a 65" smart tv & 6 dining chairs make it a great space for family bonding.Fully stocked kitchen is equipped w/ modern appliances & a table with 2 bar stools.The house presents a stunning river view & a patio. Other things to note We have strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animal/ESA: A Service dog staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your stay. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the service animal with you any time you leave the house. The guest remains liable for any and all damages caused by a service animal. If damage or additional cleaning is needed as a result of your stay, additional funds will be requested for the expenses. The service animal is NOT allowed on the beds or furniture, this is to be considerate for guests with allergies. Please walk your service animal/ESA outside for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle/chux pads are NOT allowed. They must be walked to a grassy area around home. Clean up defecations immediately and dispose of them in the trash.
