Hello, my name is Ellen. Your host. The 42 sqm apartment is located directly in the popular west of Stuttgart and provides ample space for 3 people. Hasenbergstraße is surrounded by great trendy cafes, popular restaurants, the Feuersee and the Karlshöhe, from where you can have one of the most beautiful views over Stuttgart. Furthermore, the U-Bahn [subway]/bus station Stadtmitte is just a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies are also within walking distance. Stuttgart city center is about 10 minutes walk from the property. The apartment is equipped with attention to detail and all the utensils that make you feel at home. Therefore, it is also important to me to welcome you personally in Stuttgart at check-in. The living room with open kitchen: The apartment includes an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, spices, oils and thus offers you everything you need for cooking. You are welcome to use the kitchen during your stay! Please avoid dishes, oils or spices with particularly intense smells – after all, the next guests also want to find an apartment that smells pleasant. Therefore, frying is also not permitted. So that you can start your morning in Stuttgart with a coffee or tea, a Nespresso Café machine and a kettle including various teas are available free of charge. The apartment has a 42-inch TV and fast and free Internet access via Wi-Fi. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area offers a sleeping option for a third person. Bedroom s: Because good sleep is important, the bedroom is equipped with a 180cm x 200cm box-spring bed. The large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes. On the bookshelf, I have provided books for you to browse. Bathrooms: The bathroom is modern and offers a rain shower for maximum well-being. Fresh towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower cream and a waterproof Bluetooth speaker are provided free of charge during your stay. Check-in: You can move into the apartment flexibly from 3 pm. Check-in takes place via the key box. Check out: Since the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests, you should have checked out no later than 11 am on the day of departure and left the apartment clean. Please dispose of the garbage in the designated garbage container at the house. For longer stays, a fee-based interim cleaning can be arranged. In case of extreme contamination or destruction, I allow myself a recalculation. Access to the house can take place via the stairwell or via an elevator in the courtyard. Therefore, the apartment is accessible. House Rules: No parties or celebrations allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Therefore, smoking at the window is not permitted. It is forbidden for more than the number of people booked to stay overnight in the apartment. Arrival/transport connection: Parking: There are paid parking options in the street outside the apartment and also the possibility to book a day ticket for 11.30 euros. Day ticket means a parking time of 14 hours.
