The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago. The space 🏡 The house consists of an open space that combines kitchen and living room, history and comfort combined for a suggestive but functional space. The double bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the old walls and the tranquility of the neighborhood guarantee you a quiet rest, also supported by our comfortable extra large bed (180x200cm) The modern bathroom and a practical walk-in closet complete the rooms, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a laundry area and a private garden, equipped with a comfortable gazebo, tables, chairs and deckchairs to relax in the greenery.
