Stair climbing is required. - The number of guests decides how many bedrooms are available (e.g. for two guests, two bedrooms remain closed; for three guests, one bedroom remains closed). From four guests, all three rooms are available. - Visiting illegal websites and illegal downloads (movies, music, etc.) are not reimbursed with our Wi-Fi. !!!! Guests are liable for misuse. !!!!
