Step into your own rainforest retreat — a private studio with a striking 3D mural and its own private entrance. Positioned in Springwood, only 25 minutes from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. After exploring, enjoy the magnesium pool or unwind in your greenery-filled room. With a private kitchenette and bathroom, this studio is ideal for travelers wanting comfort, privacy and a relaxed place to recharge. Out the back, you may spot some fun craft and 3D-printing projects in the making. Non smokers The space Diana and Tania are your hosts and the creative minds behind the unique murals and artistic touches around the property. The Rainforest Studio is part of our colourful, flat-level home and includes its own private entrance, giving you privacy and an easy space to come and go as you please. Guests staying here enjoy access to the beautiful outdoor spaces, including a sparkling magnesium pool with a timber deck and a separate undercover entertainment area — perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the greenery. These outdoor areas are shared with the household. The studio includes a private bathroom located just a couple of steps from your door. To access it, you’ll walk through the shared laundry — it’s close, convenient, and used only occasionally by the household. We’re just two blocks from peaceful bushwalking tracks and close to the Daisy Hill Koala Centre, which is free to visit and always worth the trip. Shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, making the location ideal for short or extended stays. We also run two creative businesses from home, so you may spot a little maker magic around the property — resin art, 3D-printed pieces, or colorful craft projects in motion. We keep things tidy, but this is a working maker home rather than a minimalist one, and many guests enjoy the creative energy. Please note: there is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Suits non smokers Guest access You will have an allocated car space and private entrance. Your room, kitchen and bathroom will only be used by you. The back courtyard, pool and laundry is a shared space. Other things to note We have two very friendly house cats who love attention and often try to sneak into new spaces. Please keep them out of your studio and bathroom, no matter how convincing they look — they truly believe every guest room is theirs. Due to council regulations, the cats must remain indoors and on the property. Please help us by keeping doors closed and not allowing them into the pool area or outside the house. Laundry facilities are shared, and you’ll receive two laundry capsules per week of stay. If you need more, just let us know — we’re always happy to help. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
