Customized stay according to your desires, please let me know! The space Welcome to this charming, self-contained and independent accommodation, perfect for a quiet stay. Access is via an external staircase, ensuring total privacy. The main room, bright and open to the modern kitchen, offers you a friendly space with a snack area equipped with 4 chairs. For your comfort, a sofa bed (140x190) is at your disposal, ideal for a restful night or to enjoy the 43-inch TV with Netflix, Prime Video (with your credentials) and national channels thanks to the Fiber. The fully equipped kitchen will delight lovers of good food with an induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge and Nespresso Magimix machine to enjoy delicious coffees. The separate bedroom, equipped with a large bed (140 x 200) with new bedding, communicates directly with an elegant bathroom. There is a walk-in shower, toilet. Sheets NOT provided. Rental possibility: 15th/bed (140 x 200) 2nd sofa bed: 10th towel €5/person on request before check-in. Note: Swimming pool 💦 accessible on request, located near our private area. Sharing is possible, but with little privacy if we are present. Whether you're traveling or looking for rest, everything is designed to make your stay pleasant. Guest access Access to the accommodation is through an independent entrance to our home. You can also enjoy a private outdoor terrace, totally separate from ours, for your peace and comfort. The keys are handed over in person if we are present, as well as the return, or following a remote procedure if we are absent. Other things to note We will be happy to welcome your pet, male or female, as long as it is sociable with other animals. Only castrated males are accepted, as it will share the outdoor space with our two female dogs and our cat, all very friendly with humans and their peers. And we want to avoid puppies. We simply ask that you pick up your dog's waste in the yard as you go (poop bag available if needed). Your companion will quickly feel at ease in this welcoming environment! If you're traveling by electric vehicle, a charging station is available on-site. It's possible to recharge your car at any time, with an extra charge to be expected.
