Whitetop to Damascus remains closed at this time **** Hurricane Helene recently impacted Damascus, resulting in extensive flooding and damage in various areas. Some businesses and roads have suffered significant damage, and the Creeper Trail from Whitetop to Damascus is currently closed for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, our cabins and property have remained unaffected and are fully prepared to welcome guests for a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. ———Thank you for considering us! ——— You will walk along a short, well-lit path to reach the entrance of the treehouse. With a full bathroom including a walk-in tile shower, a kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, a small dining table for two, a utility room with a full washer and dryer, and a queen bed, guests can experience the luxury of tiny living— Outside, two decks are available to relax, along with a twin-size porch swing, a charcoal grill, and a firepit with roasting sticks for s'mores or hotdogs! ***The treehouse was specifically created to provide comfortable accommodation for two with the option of sleeping a third guest using our rolling cot. Please let me know if you will need a cot during your stay. We are approximately 4 tenths of a mile from the Virginia Creeper Trail. It is located at the midpoint of the Virginia Creeper Trails 34 mile Trail stretch. —-We are less than 2 miles from the town of Damascus, Virginia, approximately 9 miles from Abingdon, Virginia and 36 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway Winter Travel Tip 🌲❄️ The driveway slopes downhill when arriving at the treehouse and uphill when leaving. During snowy or icy weather, the incline may be a bit slick. For winter stays, AWD or 4WD is recommended. Guest access Guests will receive a unique key code for entrance. Other things to note ****You will pass our 2 other rental cabins before reaching the treehouse.
