Apartment in downtown Saumur

My family duplex apartment is located at the foot of the castle, a stone's throw from the Loire and a 5-minute walk from the city center of Saumur (Place Saint Pierre, Rue Saint Jean, Place de la République, Place Bilange). The apartment is on the 1st and only floor of a small, quiet condominium. Possibility to store your bicycles in the condo's cellar, easily accessible. Free parking in the streets in the immediate vicinity, and on the Quai Mayaud on the banks of the Loire. The space First level: - Living room, - Kitchen with all basic amenities, - Toilets. Floor: - Bedroom 1 with double bed (width 160 cm), - Bedroom 2 with small double bed (width 140 cm) and a bunk bed for a child over 6 years old, - Each room is equipped with a fan in case of high outdoor heat, - Small bathroom with bathtub (I provide a bath mat and a hand towel, please bring your own bath towels). - Toilets. Note: I live in this apartment with my two daughters. Books, games, board games, drawing materials, coloring, etc., are at your disposal, with respectful use. Other things to note Perfect location to enjoy Saumur events: Loire Marathon, Anjou Vélo Vintage, Grandes Tablées du Saumur Champigny.
