This lakefront home is perfect for a low-key lake weekend or great proximity to Auburn (30 min) for football, basketball, graduation or other on-campus events. Our home is also situated close to New Water Farms, a popular wedding venue in the Dadeville/Lake Martin area. Other things to note The power company lowers the lake in the winter in order for residents to work on their docks. Please be aware that the lake views may not be as pictured in the winter.
