The house is cozy, with 3 bedrooms and an open concept living space. Walk though the Maple Park Historic District on your way to Riviera Beach and downtown shops and restaurants. After a day at the beach you can relax on the deck, make S'mores around the firepit or just enjoy the privacy of the fenced-in yard. The space Entire home in Lake Geneva. The main living area is an open concept with a cozy living room, dining and kitchen area. There is a coffee bar with a Nespresso Maker and espresso and coffee pods. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel pots and pans (we include SOS pads for cleaning!), utensils and full set of dinner and glassware. The dining table comfortably holds 6. The living room area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, additional seating and a smart tv, with Netflix included. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with a double over double Pottery Barn bunk bed. There is additional seating in the second bedroom for kids to have a separate space. The third bedroom is upstairs and also has a double bunk bed, an office area with a desk, a half bath, extra seating and a smart tv with an XBox One for gamers. The space is comfortable and cozy. Dogs are welcome. The backyard features a fenced in yard, a deck, a fire pit and a detached double garage.
