The space Air conditioners in the bedrooms, 500 Mb wifi, Smart TV that allows access to Netflix/Prime/others, extremely comfortable beds and sofa, certainty of sleep of the Gods, protective screen on the windows and balcony, black-out curtains in the bedrooms, we have the main kitchen utensils. We have 1 parking space with an automatic gate, the building does not have an elevator, apartment on the 3rd floor. We accept up to 2 small pets under the rules of our condominium. Large pets are not accepted. WE DO NOT OFFER SHEETS and TOWELS, THIRD-PARTY TEAM PROVIDES THEM AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Pillows and 4 blankets/duvet are provided as a courtesy. Linen kit for 1 person provided separately by the outsourced cleaning team that contains: 1 bath towel, 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet and 1 pillowcase - R$ 30.00 per person.
